PARTYING AT PUTTER-A-ROUND
Party times are Mon-Sat: 12pm-2pm, 3pm-5pm, 6pm-8pm. Sun: 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm. You have the party room for 2 hours. If you need time to decorate, plan your time accordingly. Example: invite your guests to come at 12:30 instead of 12:00 to give you time to decorate. You have the room for 2 hours only. This is to give us time to clean up for the next party so you can enjoy your guests and not worry about cleaning.
Rules: We do not close for private parties. For the consideration of our other patrons, please do not allow children to run around without supervision. We reserve the right to charge extra for child care fees.
When the party is on the course, keep in groups of 4 or 5, with parental supervision if under 13. Groups need to stay together and play as a team. Groups need to be considerate of other patrons and wait their turns at the fairways.
Playtime can take from 30 minutes to 45 minutes on a average. This is for ONE ROUND ONLY. You can play extra rounds at party cost.
The price of the room rental is $50. We will charge $5.00 for each 15 minutes prior to, and $10.00 each 15 minutes after your reserved time, that you occupy the room. Mini golf fees will be discounted to $3 for children 6-12 yrs, $5 for 13 yrs and above children under 6 will be charged $2 party fee, so a party of 10 children 6-12 yrs would average $80.
Included is a gift for the birthday person and free passes for golf at a later date for all the mini golf players.
Feel free to bring in food, decorations, cake, etc. There are table covers and a few decorations.
Our party room capacity is 30. There are five tables and 30 chairs in the room.
A deposit of $20 is required up until 3 days after the party is booked. Deposit is refundable up to 3 days out. Final payment is due on the day of the party after it is determined how many participants there will be. Party payment due only after you leave the party room.
